[The video opens up on Qi'ra down by the docks in an enclosed warehouse right on the water. There are tables set up and a few people moving freely behind her. Her hair is pulled up, showing the light shimmer of her gills, brown curls hanging loosely.]

For those that don't know or haven't been down to the water, I am interested in opening up a more lucrative market. There are plenty of stalls still unclaimed, and I can provide the best of security and potential anonymity if you wish to sell or buy goods with discretion.

[It is more or less the point of the market itself.]

I am looking to make the opening official at the end of the month, hoping this full moon does not go too badly. [She's not bonded, yet.]

We are looking for something more unusual, but if anyone has something they wish to sell, please contact me here or come visit the docks.

[With that she gives a light pan over the warehouse, still getting some of the last touches put on it.]

This sounds sketchy.

I think the lady just wants to present people with the opportunity to sell their wares without needing to go though the hassle of opening up a shop, that’s all.

You know you didn’t have to do that, but I appreciate it.

There are other facilities if you do not feel comfortable, but I can assure you discretion and safety is that is your worry.

Uh. Huh. If it's not sketchy, why does anyone need discretion?

When I see it, I'll believe that it's not sketchy. Until then, this sounds really sketchy, and if you need discretion or secrecy, you're probably doing something you shouldn't be.

Not everyone likes to make their business public. Sometimes it is simply out of shame. I provide a service. It’s as simple as that.

I guess adding "totally not suspicious" makes it more suspicious, huh.

I think the word I’d use is freedom. Making business one on one between customer and merchant creates opportunities that aren’t necessarily made in shop.

Well, whether it's her intent or not, 'selling discretely at the docks' doesn't exactly sound like wholesome business.

I know. I'm not expecting everyone to take to it though. It's technically not for everyone.

What is suspicious about transparency? If this was purely for illegal means, I wouldn't be broadcasting it to the public.

I blame the location. Nothing that happens ‘by the docks’ sounds on the level.

Yeah, I get that. No need to cast an abundance of suspicion our way, though.

Or 'under ground' or 'back alley'. It's very hidden in plain sight.

I'm not trying to, but I'm also trying to advertise a legitimate business opportunity for those that may have whatever use of it they need. If it is not for everyone, there's no need to defend it for someone that is not likely to use it anyway.

Well it's no secret. It's a legitimate business for those that have use for it. Not everyone needs to utilize every business or every service of every establishment in the city.

I am offering one. If you do not wish to participate, no one is forcing you.
