Yeah. It is... really important. If the SQUIP tried to control someone again, the Red should deactivate it before it does something really dangerous to them. It's... self-defense, I guess.
[Though granted, some people seem to be leaning towards the idea of flat out going after the SQUIP instead, and it's not like Rich can't see the point in that. He's still trying to decide if he's okay with that... if it goes wrong, he might be completely killing the SQUIP, and then it'd just come back pissed off.]
