because sometimes those parts get used to brew up shitty mist that turns half the city feral or gives them new parts they don't need

the coven's got one of the bitches that started that mess now, but she wasn't working alone, so i sure fucking hope someone else found them

Oh, I don't doubt they're quite useful, and that many beasts can spare a claw or two to no ill effect. I suppose the lack of verification of where said parts are going is simply more of that short-sightedness you lot seem most determined to display.

But, if one were going to sell, someone else's parts are the more obvious choice regardless. Much more efficient. With all the recent violence, I'm sure someone has stocked up quite well.
