[ Lex has been quiet for some time - busy for parts, sick for others. But the items spilling out of the mirrors this morning has stirred her out of bed, and the item she has received- well.

Well, it's worth saying something. ]

Did anyone- [ a pause, a cough; her voice is raspy from disuse ] -did anyone else get something... potentially hazardous?

[ Potentially. Ha. As Lex stares at the item in front of her, potentially seems incorrect. ]

So, a lead box- do you want a lockable box to put that in, too? I know there are some good locking charms floating around.

I can deactivate it, too. So the actual explosion will be less of a problem. [ She hopes. ] This isn't big enough to wipe this place out, but it would definitely leave some gross side-effects. Things we don't need mixing with the Cwyld.

With that in mind... a lockable box would be great. There's some talk about inscribing runes on the box, too. Sounds like we're gonna group project this.

Yeah, that wouldn't be- that, uh, wouldn't be good. [He is a little afraid of the possibility of super-cwyld. The regular cwyld is bad enough.]

I'm thinking steel outer with a few inches of lead inside, and an enchanted lock. I think we can require specific conditions to open it- [Some more rustling, and banging. The thud of something being dropped on a table.

An unpickable lock would be good. I learned to pick locks at ten, so I'm sure I'm not the only one around here who can. Last we need is someplace like Dorchacht getting their hands on this.

You'd be right about that.

Ugh. [There is an audible shudder coming from Hiccup at the thought of Dorchacht getting their hands on a radioactive bomb. The sheer amount of damage they could do if they applied it strategically...] I've been trading some tips with a magitech guy in the city, he was going on about locks that can only be opened with a certain person's touch. That might be an option.

As long as no one cuts off my hand and uses it to unlock the box.

Uh. Maybe not that, then. Series of code words? Voice? I'm accepting suggestions.

I'm sure there's a way to mimic voice with magic. A code might be good...

A verbal code would be pretty specific. Something that isn't- something most people would have no reason to say. Words they wouldn't put together in a conversation. It could be done.
