[ Well, this was certainly entertaining so much so he kept it in the background while he made dinner. You never know when he'll hear something entertaining. But then he realized that it's not just the random gibberish of a raving drunk. Or at least he thinks she's not speaking gibberish.]

As a practicing alcoholic, I am a little impressed that you managed to operate your watch without messing up once or twice. Kudos, though I think your speech may be, ummmmm, impeded.

[ Waver spends time at the Sly Seadog fairly often, seeing as the tavern is practically next door to his business at the Harbor. He'd just popped in to ask for some food and alcohol to take home, but decided to take a bit at the bar and catch up with the bartender while he waited for the food to be ready.

In the meantime, he's noticed someone at the bar near him having... a Time.

When she smacks herself in the face, he finally stands up to move closer, leaning in to peer at the stranger messing with her Watch. More than likely a Mirrorbound, then. ]

[ People get drunk here all the time. But they don't usually start talking gibberish and smacking themselves while drinking alone. If it seems like trouble though, he has no problems calling the bouncers. ]
