My bonded is gone. Part of the recent exodus home that myself, and those reading this, have not had the luck to be selected for thus far.

So, I am in need of a new bond. My name is Howl; I own a wizard's practice and pawnshop in the Entertainment District called Pendragon's. I have been in Aefenglom for almost a year and I prepare and perform numerous spells and potions per day.

I need a Monster (or Monsters) who can help with cycling large amounts of magic on the regular. I may be willing to offer compensation in some form, depending on the compatibility of our Bond and how effectively we work together. Respond to this message if interested.

I have a second inquiry as well; another opportunity for those ambitious and interested. I am seeking a Mirrorbound whom I have not spoken to in months and may no longer be among us. From what I remember, his name was "Crowley" and he claimed to be a demon expert or somesuch in his world. If you know how I can contact him or his address, please respond to this message.

Just a few months ago, there were many more Mirrorbound than there are now. As far as I know, there's no explanation for why so many of us returned home, while a select few remain.

And this included both those who were bound to others and those who were not. There has been no correlation between the lot of them?

If there is, I haven't the slightest idea what it would be. Nor am I the right person to ask, if a correlation could be gleamed. The mirrors have never acted according to any pattern or set of principles in the ten months I have been here, as far as I know.

Right. No, I can't imagine that they would. Doesn't exactly seem their sort of thing, does it? Would be a bit too easy for those of us on the ground here.

Sorry though, I can't help but ask. Ten months, you say you've been here. Is that. Long, compared to the average stay?

Fairly long, yes. Beginning to get on the longer side of average, now that I think about it. The longest stay I know of is about two years, but I believe those are rare. Hah - aren't I special?

If it's any consolation, this place is not so bad. A bit of war here and there, supposedly there was an incident of the locals trying to torture us once... but hey, nothing since then.
