[Justine appears on the network with a pristine white scarf circling her throat and a pinky rosy hue brushing the tip of her nose. Her dark eyes are lovely and those who look close enough might see a brilliant dark emerald green circling her iris. Snow falls around her, thick fluffy flurries catching in her dark lashes. Her midnight hair is covered by a matching hat that's been woven with runes that Justine has yet to perfect.

She hadn't expected snow when she'd been feeling the onset of summer only a week or so before.]

Hello. [Her voice is soft and delicately sweet.] I would like to offer handmade scarfs and hats to those who need them. Mitten as well. None-cursed. I promise. [She has already had an awkward moment with an enchanted scarfs.] For purchase or borrowing.

Please let me know if you would like any. I can try and accommodate for claws and hooves as well.

[There is a warm hint of laughter in her voice. She knows of all people that Paris would be a little uncomfortable with her offering.]

I made these special for you. I tried to make them water proof but I don't think the spell worked.

[She's also very anti-cold.]

[He'll do just that, heading over to her place and a little anxiously knocking on the door.]

[Justine's voice calls out from the other side of the door.]

[She's on the other side of the house but within easy view of Paris and the door. She's sitting next to the fire place with a blanket draped over her slender shoulders. Her hair is down, falling in dark waves around her shoulders as she meets Paris's gaze.

Justine really doesn't care for the cold.]

[Paris isn't a fan of the cold either, so he's torn between wondering if something is wrong with Justine and she's sick and wanting to just curl up next to her and indulge in the warmth there. ...And then he realizes those are not mutually exclusives and goes in to sit next to her.]

Hi. Um. Are you alright...?

I'm not a fan of the cold.

[She reaches for a paper wrapped gift with a light blue scarf and hat inside.]

This is for you.

Ah. U-um... thank you.

[Paris gingerly unwraps it, a little confused as to why she wrapped it in paper, a little smile warming his face when he sees the items.] ...They're very soft.

[unwrapping presents is fun.]

You like it then?

[Justine looks oddly worried that he might not like it. She'd chosen the color for him, thinking that it’d suit him best.] Are you sure? I can make another if you don't. Or something else. [Though that would eliminate the element of surprise that Justine adores so much.]

[Paris nods, smiling over at her.] Mmhm. They're really nice. I like them...

[Here, he's just going to wind the scarf around his neck. It is very soft around his gills, too.]

[She smiles as he wraps the scarf around his neck.]

It looks good on you too.

[Paris almost glows with the praise, fiddling with the scarf still to arrange it precisely.] Mm... thank you. Did you-- who taught you to make these?

[ishisstrength]

No one. [Her answer is simple and light.] There are moments when I have a great deal of time on my hands. [Often when Thomas's father summons him away and Thomas doesn't want to bring Justine along.] I have found ways to fill that time: reading, drawing and this.

It's fun once you get the hang of it.

[She's very happy that he likes it.]

Really...? That's amazing... it seems like it would be really hard to learn.

[Admittedly, he's learned a few things on his own, but cooking and baking was all taught to him by his mother.]

It takes time but it's easy.

[She's also had a lot of practice.]

I... I don't think so. Baking is really all I'm good at, and you know that...

Not yet but I'll think of something.

Maybe a sweet nut bread. I've never made anything like that before.

Mm. We could do that... I've learned a bunch, at the bakery, for things like that.

[She smiles.]

That's good. I would love to learn.

[He gives her a smile in return, shifting so they're a little bit closer.]
