alright so i think i got the day-to-day thing down. [he says as though he has a job or is a productive member of society at all-] and now I got some questions for people who've been here longer than me.

magic people: what's up with the witch thing? i saw they do classes, do you guys just go study magic all day? what kinda magic are you doing.

monster people: so what bullshit have you been turning into so far? i'm hoping i get something cool and don't end up like that poor asshole with no legs last week.

did you guys have magic back home then? we didn't have that exactly, so its weird to me that people can just turn things into frogs or whatever they do. haven't had any witches pitch in yet so i'm guessing.

sorta. we have things that let us use arts during battle. but i also have a friend at home who's an actual witch too.

[He's not sure what 'Arts' are, but he's going to equate them in his head to a Persona's abilities. So not really magic, but something close enough and with no better explanation.]

So what does the actual witch do, then?

not gonna lie, your world sounds pretty different from what I know. seems like it's got more in common with here.

a guy in my world was shot but wasn't really dead and helped plan a civil war in secret and there was a giant demonic castle and more giant robots

then i graduated

yeah for the most part. but i kinda miss the extra hour of sleep

least you got that far. i dropped out a while back. [Except for where they kept him on the records, but hey, whatever.]

yeah we kinda had a giant demonic tower but only one robot. and she's on our side. jury's still out on if people shot stay dead.

military academy normally takes two years, all but one person in my class did it in one year we had stuff to do

there were elemental temples. more magic. our robot's a cool dude, he can laugh now. most stay dead. or they did before. i think.

some of them are yep. but not me. i just had a thing i wanted to do and graduating early was the best way to get that started

there was only one at first but the rest kinda came after... give weapons manufacturers access to something new and they run with it

that sounds pretty bad yeah. thankfully our robot was pretty good and there werent any others of her. not made by a weapon company either. unless the kirijo group does that too. i dont know what all they do.

sounds mysterious. we've got a reinford group, one of my classmates is the daughter of the head of it. they make all kinds of stuff.

that sounds a lot like mitsuru. her family runs the kirijo group and they make a whole lot of stuff. she's pretty cool, though. kind of too rich to function sometimes but whatever.
