[Steven appears on camera, looking nervous but determined, like he's just stumbled upon something that he feels the need to tell everyone right now. So, here he is! Steven is very obviously a fae, complete with antennae and slightly too large, pink irises. Behind him, wings will occasionally flutter with agitation.]

Hey guys, Steven here! So - I told Nessie and Mhairi about that whole... dream... thing... we just had...

And it turns out neither of them had any idea that Dorchacht was doing things like that?? Nessie made it sound like their leader, Morgana, just seemed kind of racist at Coven meetings... not that they were enslaving an entire city's worth of monsters?

So... I think this is going to be a pretty big deal. They said they were going to get in contact with the Parliament about it, to see what they could do next. It didn't sound like they were okay with just letting them keep doing those things so, um... phew!

Aaaanyway... I thought you might want to know. I know I've been thinking about it a lot. Haha.

[He signs off, awkwardly.]

[OOC: This isn't massively relevant to this post, but Steven is currently wearing earrings that are charmed to tell him what the truth is when someone knowingly lies to him. So, if your character does that in the post, the earrings will probably tell him. Magic~!]

I recall some mentions that what we saw was the way things always had been, but it is certainly difficult to say how much was the truth, how much might have been an attempt to retain compliance, and how much might have been... influenced by whatever power is giving us these dreams.

[She still believes this is Someone's Fault and she will not get off her soapbox until proven otherwise.]

As much as I am disgusted by what we saw, I cannot say it would be wise to accuse Dorchact of anything without tangible proof beyond the hearsay of a motley bunch of foreign dreamwalkers.

In the dream, the date was listed as the same one it is here in Aefenglom... but you're right, that maybe not all of the details were accurate.

[He honestly thinks something similar, whether that entity be a person or a magical goddess.]

I guess we have to be careful, but... that's something we need to figure out as soon as we can.

It is. I only mean to emphasize that there is a difference between acting quickly and acting rashly.

... I have studied quite a bit of divination recently. I do not presume to call myself an expert at it, but... perhaps it would prove useful here. I will ask Miss Nerissa for her thoughts on the matter.

Oh! Does that mean you can see the future and stuff? (Is that something witches can do here?)

They do say that knowledge is half the battle! Or, um... something like that.

I believe some aspects are capable of something close to that, though my thoughts leaned more towards scrying upon the city to ascertain if it is indeed as awful in reality as it was in our dream. Given the distance involved, however, I am not certain if I would be capable of such a thing on my own.

In any case, thank you for taking this step, and for letting us know about it. Regardless of what the future holds, I do believe informing Miss Nerissa and Lady Mhairi about this matter is for the best. This is their world, after all.
