[Steven appears on camera, looking nervous but determined, like he's just stumbled upon something that he feels the need to tell everyone right now. So, here he is! Steven is very obviously a fae, complete with antennae and slightly too large, pink irises. Behind him, wings will occasionally flutter with agitation.]

Hey guys, Steven here! So - I told Nessie and Mhairi about that whole... dream... thing... we just had...

And it turns out neither of them had any idea that Dorchacht was doing things like that?? Nessie made it sound like their leader, Morgana, just seemed kind of racist at Coven meetings... not that they were enslaving an entire city's worth of monsters?

So... I think this is going to be a pretty big deal. They said they were going to get in contact with the Parliament about it, to see what they could do next. It didn't sound like they were okay with just letting them keep doing those things so, um... phew!

Aaaanyway... I thought you might want to know. I know I've been thinking about it a lot. Haha.

[He signs off, awkwardly.]

[OOC: This isn't massively relevant to this post, but Steven is currently wearing earrings that are charmed to tell him what the truth is when someone knowingly lies to him. So, if your character does that in the post, the earrings will probably tell him. Magic~!]

I would like this verified. [ At the very least. ] We need someone on Parliament to present a choice to them: to abolish the old practices and ensure all in their city have the freedom owed to them or find themselves new enemies and bloodshed. There should be no compromise.

[He's not really surprised considering the conversation they had in Dorchacht but... yeesh. He'll leave himself on voice too, if only so she can't see him cringe a little. She's... not wrong? But also...

Steven never really got himself to the point where he was comfortable promising anybody bloodshed.]

True, but...

Um. Both cities are already at war with the Cwyld, right? They've gotta have some common ground over that. There can't be a lot of resources left for fighting each other.

If this is true, they have common ground of monsters and witches in their city — look how well that works out.

[ She doesn’t like thinking rashly, but this topic was a difficult one for her. It takes a bit for her to summon up the words that follow: ]

I believe there should be an ambassador for Aefenglom granted access to Dorchacht. Someone to try to understand what is going on — or simply what could happen. There must be an assessment made to confirm what this... dream has suggested.

Yeah... someone else mentioned that even with the dreams, we don't really have any evidence of that they're doing. We still don't know where the dreams come from, so... maybe they aren't completely... objective...?

If the Parliament is willing to help us then we should be able to figure it out, though. Some of us should go with them, too. I wonder how long it takes to get there?

Then we find evidence. [ No one could hide a grand-scale slavery. That much she is certain. Daenerys doesn't wish to intimidate or argue – she is use to people following her, so she speaks up when she finds it best to. ]

Eren Jaeger spoke to me that he was able to pinpoint the city's location. Northwest, of Aefenglom, I believe. On a coast. It could be best to ask him. [ Progress? ] If we must travel a distance, surely there will be both Witches and Monsters willing to represent this city in addition to its residents. If we are forced here against our will, we should damn well have a say in preventing this horror from befalling upon Aefenglom.

Before we can do that, we need a way to protect the monsters from Dorchacht's magic.

[He couldn't stand to let what happened in the dream happen again in real life.]

I... I wanna help, but if they could just take control of me again... We'd be putting everyone in danger.

Can the Coven of Aefenglom not prevent that? A protection spell of some kind? [ She has no doubt it would take an experienced Witch to counter such a spell. Her voice shows sympathy with a soft twist of her voice, not the confident tone she once had. ] I am fearful of that as well.

[starseedling]

I hope so... Nessie said she'd get back to us about this once she's spoken to Parliament. I don't know if any of us have learned enough to do that on their own, but if there's a way I'm sure we could figure it out with the Coven's help.

It was just so strong... The whole city was filled with it, all the time...

[From the sounds of his voice, it's clear that he ended up on the bad side of one of Dorchacht's witches. Just talking about it makes him feel sick.]

Please keep me informed. Myself and my adviser would like to be involved when it comes to the plight of Monsters both here and there.

[ Clearly, because it does effect them and a big ole trigger warning for her at this point. ]

If we are able to gather both Parliament and Mirrorbound representatives, Monsters could inspect the living conditions of their residents while Witches meet with their Coven? Keep us separated? [ She's firing at the hip here. ] Admittedly, I... am far use to giving commands than following them. I know not of the pecking order in this world.

I will! I hope Nessie will have something good to tell all of us.

I don't know how the Covens interact either... you'd think if they're part of the same group, they'd have some influence over each other? Maybe the Coven here can tell us more about that before we have to plan anything for sure.

As do I. It's frustrating to be unable to do much of anything here... [ Return home, hell, even prevent this "dream" from becoming reality, if it had not been already. ] There must be a central figure that makes final choices...

[ because hey, we're still monarchs back home. ]

But... that's a good idea! The next time I talk to Nessie I'll ask if they have some kind of super witch they all report to. That would make things a lot easier.

Maybe it would be easier if us monsters had someone we could talk to, too. One of us, you know?

I would hope that we all are. [ Honestly, why else would they still be here...? Willing to mess into other world's affairs? ] Equal representation – it is a start. No one has birthrights here, correct?
