[Steven appears on camera, looking nervous but determined, like he's just stumbled upon something that he feels the need to tell everyone right now. So, here he is! Steven is very obviously a fae, complete with antennae and slightly too large, pink irises. Behind him, wings will occasionally flutter with agitation.]

Hey guys, Steven here! So - I told Nessie and Mhairi about that whole... dream... thing... we just had...

And it turns out neither of them had any idea that Dorchacht was doing things like that?? Nessie made it sound like their leader, Morgana, just seemed kind of racist at Coven meetings... not that they were enslaving an entire city's worth of monsters?

So... I think this is going to be a pretty big deal. They said they were going to get in contact with the Parliament about it, to see what they could do next. It didn't sound like they were okay with just letting them keep doing those things so, um... phew!

Aaaanyway... I thought you might want to know. I know I've been thinking about it a lot. Haha.

[He signs off, awkwardly.]

[OOC: This isn't massively relevant to this post, but Steven is currently wearing earrings that are charmed to tell him what the truth is when someone knowingly lies to him. So, if your character does that in the post, the earrings will probably tell him. Magic~!]

[He tries to straighten up.]

[She's misjudged this tiny ball of friendly hasn't she...]

Probably... But the judges were ageless alien queens who don't really understand children. And it was for crimes my mom theoretically committed but didn't actually.

... It's a really long story but they were DEFINITELY going to kill me, so anything where that's not on the table can't be so bad.

In any case, while you might be the primary or first witness, you don't have to do this alone. And, too...

If things happened in the dream were real, there's physical evidence.

I already tried to tell them as much as I could, but if they want me to tell the Parliament what I saw too, then I can do that. I'm sure the others will help me, too.

I'd like to know for sure what's going out there. I know we can't trust the dreams completely... but as soon as we can, I want to help get the information we need.

Any of the us that have seen this dream would go up with you. I'm sure of that.

If there's a way we can travel to the city then-we can do something about it.

Though I'm not sure if we should go.

[Because you know. MURDER.]

[Steven has plenty of possible reasons in mind, but he wants to hear hers specifically.]

if we're going to do things properly, then we'll have to do them politically. And from what I've seen and experienced, we're not calm enough.

We're too angry. That could mean fall out with the other cities, and long term consequences. Including us being exiled from Aefenglom.

Well... I'm not planning on doing anything without the Coven backing up.

[And then, in a smaller voice:]

I'm going to hear them out on how they want to handle things, and... I really hope the others will listen, too.

Please don't do anything stupid.

[She sighs. She's pretty sure someone will try something Really Stupid.]

But...hopefully they'll believe us. We're strangers but-we really don't have anything to gain for lying.

At least they shared that big dream with us, so they know it's a thing that happens. And we probably have a lot of information we couldn't have gotten any other way.

...I don't want us to do anything stupid, either, but... people are really upset. And it's fair that they are.

[She made a soft considering noise. Hm...]

Maybe if they had something to get excited about...or to calm them down a bit.

[Steven loves getting people excited, especially now. He clasps his hands together.]

It would be so nice, to just hang out, with no mind control or anything...

[She made another soft noise. He really was a nice person wasn't he.]

[Time for Steven to make a weird, truncated noise of absolute hype. He only cuts himself off so that he doesn't scream into the camera. His eyes sparkle.]

Yes? Ignis and I have been experimenting.

[He sounds like he might cry. But in, like, a good way.]

I love pizza.

[This is bewildering and alarming. She opened her mouth once, then made a soft noise and then...]

If you want to pick up the toppings, I can make you a pizza today...?

It won't be tomato based sauce but...the alternatives are enjoyable.

[He hasn't often had white pizza or otherwise, but right now, anything sounds good. He only has to think for a second.]

They have stuff like pepperoni, right? Oh - could you show me how?? That would be so cool... thank you!

They might? Though chicken might be easier to find. I haven't looked yet.

But yes, I can show you-the makings for the dough isn't difficult to find, it's mostly the cooking process.

Yeah, haha... I was trying to figure it out, but the baking part is so complicated. I made it once with my dad, but I couldn't remember the steps.

It can take a bit of experimentation-especially since the ovens are very different from modern make.

Did you want to bring a notebook? I may have some spare books around otherwise.
