[ Lex has been quiet for some time - busy for parts, sick for others. But the items spilling out of the mirrors this morning has stirred her out of bed, and the item she has received- well.

Well, it's worth saying something. ]

Did anyone- [ a pause, a cough; her voice is raspy from disuse ] -did anyone else get something... potentially hazardous?

[ Potentially. Ha. As Lex stares at the item in front of her, potentially seems incorrect. ]

I need to get rid of this, [ she mutters, and then the connection cuts. ]

I was. Fever, disorientation... exhaustion.

But not lately! I'm full of vim and vigor again.

...Are you sick? Is that why you're coughing? Or, is your hazard cough-inducing?

Getting over it. Just haven't used my voice a lot for a bit.

[ She laughs, then coughs again. ]

Trying to, anyway. Hopefully I don't accidentally overuse it or something.

Oh my god! Yeah, don't do that. That would stick you back at voice square one!

[Those coughs seem like a bad sign already.]

If it feels like you're overusing your voice... Try swapping back to text! It's slower than talking, but faster than talking with a broken voicebox.
