Given everything going on, this might not be seem that important, but hear me out because I've been struggling with this myself for a while.
We need a 'dating' site/app for finding bonds. Either temporary or long term.
Any tech savvy person able to help with this?

What about those who find that difficult? Not everyone's a social butterfly, or wants to even deal with bonding.
Seems that there's a need if multiple people have posted want ads for bonding. It might not be your cup of tea, but if it's helpful in keeping folks from going feral or explode, what's the harm in trying it?

Seems a little irresponsible to me. Like making a pact with someone based on letter exchange or a nice photo. If you can’t bring yourself to talk to someone in person from the get go, work on it. Difficulty isn’t meant to be sat on.
But that’s all a choice, bonding alternatives included. If it helps you or anyone else, I’m just being a brute.

[Oh and...]
what is an app?

Seems like it would be helpful in finding options for bonding. Perhaps if it's more general, it can be for finding friends, sparring partners, like minded individuals.
App is short for application.

I cannot help with the technical side of the idea but I would love to help somehow. Perhaps for the time being, I could collect the ads from people who have trouble finding a Bond myself and read them out on the network at set days?

Reading might be a bit much, but gathering them is a step in the right direction. I just worry about everyone's privacy.

Not everyone's good at in person networking.

Failing all else... Why not host a monthly post for all in pursuit of bonds? Having a new one every month keeps it fresh. Each person can choose to disclose what they'd like in their own response. Fun trivia, lengthy autobiographies, sepia glamour shots, or the nitty-gritty business. And for those concerned with privacy, such as yourself, this means you can take communications privately at any time.

It sounds like you're speaking to someone in particular.
If an app isn't a practical option, I think a monthly post would be helpful. It would consolidate the network a bit.
Can I ban filters or photoshop? Do they have that here?

( that's exorcisms and it is the opposite of helpful in this scenario. someone with a bunch of cogs on their hat, though, we might be onto something. )

[he says because he would just be that asshole reading everyone's shit when he's bored.]
plenty of people get weird and cagey about the bond thing, so if itd help people get their shit together then even better. maybe even get people lined up for backup bonds for when the ones they have disappear.
no subject
Hey now, weird and cagey about bonding is an appropriate and valid response. Emotional connections can get messy, and disappearing bonds doesn't help matters.
Do you have people lined up?

AN APP!
A MONTHLY ORGANIZING THROUGH THE WATCHES!
AND...
I MEAN, IT'S COME UP BEFORE.
PEOPLE WHO WANT NEW BONDS...
IF WE DON'T MIND BONDING WITH PEOPLE FROM AEFENGLOM, THERE MUST BE OPTIONS.
DOESN'T THE COVEN HAVE A BULLETIN BOARD, OR SOMETHING, BY NOW?
WE COULD POST BOND ADS LIKE THOSE ROOMMATE ADS.
[Of course, he didn't have many nibbles on his. Maybe if he toned down the capslock.]

Also the username.]
You are very enthusiastic, but I'm not pulling a tab from a poster for a bond.
Though I realize this is the technological equivalent, it does seem less depressing.
