Putin Onaritz. I call him Putinka, usually. He's a bit intimidating for some people.

He's about 200lbs and just under three feet at the shoulder. His daddy is a breed designed to fight bears and there's visible wolf on the other side.

He was given to me as a guard dog, so I don't think he was picked out in the hopes he'd make strangers feel at ease walking up to me.

How big are they?

The normal size of bedrooms, I think. Big enough, there's beds and furnishings in them. I've packed up what was left behind and some of the furniture could be sold or traded to change the space if someone wanted to. It's not a small house.

It's not the only thing but it is certainly an immediate potential deal-breaker. He's quite large, he's been mistaken for a turnskin about seven times now, if someone isn't a fan of dogs they probably aren't going to be happy here.

A dog would probably be fine, so long as he's relatively quiet and well-cared after.

What is the other thing, then? And, usually, one would at least make note of some of their own living habits.

He's a well-trained dog and my responsibility, but he's a dog the size of a bear and he makes dog noises. Mostly there's a floor between us and anyone living in the upstairs bedrooms.

I don't know, I've never looked for people to live in my house before. It's just empty and it's weird. No intolerable cunts.

My dog is kind of huge and I like him more than I like pretty much anybody, so people need to either be on board or fuck off, basically. I figured I'd lead with that. I'd rather just give him the empty rooms than have someone in them who'd be a jerk about it.
