Do you ever feel like you haven't said enough? I mean, you do what you can and you're pretty sure people get it, but sometimes even when you think the other person is thinking the same thing you are, you never know. And then you'll never know if they knew.

Um, anyway, that's not what I wanted to say. Hi.

If you're just getting in, uh, welcome to the city. There's probably a lot you're getting used to and I just want to say it is totally as weird as it seems. But not as bad as it might seem, so there's that? Everyone is fine, you're fine, and if you are going through changes, we're all here to help. If you need someone to talk to or want to know where to find anything, don't be shy.

And to everyone else, I'm looking for scrap metal. And wire, but you know, I'll take what I can get.

My mom used to tell me "You can never 'overcommunicate,' Jonas." You can avoid talking things out with people, causing misunderstandings and arguments, or you can give it a real shot. So yeah, I do. I think it's awesome.

People tell me I talk too much all the time.
Can't understand me, don't want to hear it. I mean, I do say a lot but sometimes you need to say something. It gets too quiet.

I always thought the superhero life sounded lonely af, so the more friends he has the merrier.

Captain America definitely changed the face of how superheroes are perceived, that's for sure. I don't blame him for wanting to be a part of that.

He'll be fine, I'm sure he's with his other friends now. We'll just have to let him know that you're alright too somehow.

You know, if he heard you say that, it'd embarrass him. He's not really big on playing off of his reputation.

He just... He's always gotta be where the trouble is, I guess. To make sure people are okay. I just feel like we don't really talk that much anymore. It's probably my fault. And then this and he's right back on the front and I'm... here.

I'm starting to think I should try to change things. Not just with him.

If you're tired of excuses, though, then you already know what to do. I messed up bad and didn't square something important away wth someone I loved. You don't have to. You have all you need to contact him, make amends, improve what you think needs to be improved...... whatever you want.

That's what's so great about me being me, him being him, and you being you. We can become whoever we want to be.

[That one is pretty ironic. He's always been the type to dive into what he thought needed improvements with upgrades first and apologies later. But then the arguments started and now he's not sure that his way really was the best way in the end. The problem is, he dodged asking and now he still wonders.]

I don't want to make things tense or anything. My mom got ill and passed away recently and I didn't tell her things I wanted to. I hadn't been the best of sons, so I wanted to apologize and never really got to. ik it's not good to dwell, so I try not to.

You're right about that, though. Life's really short, so much can happen in such a minuscule amount of time, that it's best to do what you want to do. I'm trying to stop worrying about what others think and just go for things I wouldn't normally. You should too.

That's funny, because normally people are telling me not to do too much too fast.
