so i never got sick
like EVER

got no experience with it tho

i dunno if it'd still be spaghetti if you left the garlic out or   idek put another herb in
an herb like what ???
i bet there's a bland and flavour-less kind of "spaghetti" from places that don't like flavour their food good

Use chives. Onions, that kind of thing. Perhaps they aren't garlic, but you need to adjust your tastes to avoid massive discomfort and sickness. You can manage that.
