FOR THE ATTENTION OF LIKE-MINDED SCHOLARS, men of science, or students of so-called enchanted or monstrumological biology, a series of inquiries—
  • Who among you has conducted studies between the mutations found in Mirrorbounded and those of the local population? Have any notable discrepancies been recorded between the two?

  • What data have you recorded or observed with respect to the natural progression of the affliction - at which point does the local population begin to manifest their traits (from birth? with the beginning of puberty? in response to a natural environmental trigger?), versus the length of time it takes a non-native to begin to experience significant alteration to the self?

  • Has the presence or lack of a Bond been recorded to emphasize or slow the progression of relevant mutative factors? I do not speak of the frankly exhaustively documented question of the Bond's stabilizing properties, but rather as to whether individuals with inhuman traits or extranatural abilities find the progression of their affliction altered when compared to individuals with no long term Bond.

  • Is this so with the native population as well? At what age are native children to Bond? Refer to the second point, et cetera.

Copies of your notes, recommended reading, and so on may be submitted below.

  • WANTED, GENERALLY—
  • Individuals of sense and discretion for work relating to the collection of rare and unique samples. Compensation to be negotiated. Inquire below.

  • Individuals for study, all levels of mutation and Bond status welcome. No compensation. Inquire below.

btw i'd love to work with you! i used to help with research and stuff in college! magical college?

anyways, the point is i know a lot about beasts! and i've done lots of experiments as well! without asking people, but it works out well!

i've studied under one of the clock tower's greatest professors, lord el melloi ii, who's the chair of the modern magecraft department. in that college, my specialty is actually in chaos magecraft (the professor used to call it 'strange magecraft' isn't it cool?!). modern magecraft is more about the how magecraft works in the present day and how it relates with irl things like the media or society. sooooo not that much about beasts. not to say that we don't work with them, but that's more of zoology's thing!

however, i do know some beasts! my best friend practices beast magecraft, and he's very similar to what some people would call 'werewolves'. he's not here in aef, but if you were ever curious i could give some stories! and i also know dead apostles...which many people know as 'vampires'. also not here in aef, which sucks. and beyond that i've seen things like chimeras and phantasmal creatures...ehhh, faeries, etc etc etc. i guess that's what i consider a beast, unless you want to get philosophical. but i'm not really good at philosophy.

and i'm a super quick learner! if it's interesting, i'll learn it in a heart beat!

    you're right!

but it's because it looks like you might need more help than those ppl that have already started their experiments. you seem like a nice person, so i want to help!.
