[It is coming up to Sora’s third month in this world so his monster changes are well underway. Unfortunately, the one that Sora woke up to this morning had him yelling at himself so loud when he saw a mirror that he fell backwards and nearly clonked his own head on the bathtub.

He might need a little help with this one...]

Umm. Hi! I’m Sora. I’m a puca in case you were wondering what’s up with the big giant ears.

[The stream shows a brunette boy with long matching brown-coloured rabbit ears. He’s smiling but there’s some obvious worry in the tilt of his head. Furthermore, Sora’s eyes seem to be a sharp and glowing gold. Weren’t they a nice ocean blue before?]

I was wondering if anyone had any sort of spell or charm or potion that can change my eye colour? Hmm, I don’t mean anything that will wear off overnight or something?

[Sora’s not really comfortable with the idea of having naturally yellow or gold eyes. There’s a little bit of trauma backstory attached to that. Yikes.]

I think I need something a little more permanent. Is there anything that can change my eyes back to blue? Anything at all? Please?

[Is there even anything that can change or mask something like this? Is there any way for Sora to reverse just this one monster trait? He’s fine with rabbit ears! And a vegetarian diet (goodbye bacon…)! And even getting itchy fur and a cottontail! But gold eyes? Say it ain’t so!

What if he just wears a blindfold for the rest of his life...]

I didn't even think about this being something your transformation would cause... but a quick illusion should be able to fix it. I haven't tried those before, but it'd be a really small one. Can't be that hard once I look up how to do it.

[She can't seem to stop the stream of consciousness falling from her lips. Honestly, she wouldn't be this bothered herself, but since he's so clearly out of sorts it's just kind of feeding back-

Wait. Bond. She closes her eyes and sends a quick burst of reassurance at him. Maybe that'll help break the cycle.]

[Blese her sweetness. Sora can feel that flourish of reassurance like a spot of sunshine and he suddenly really wants to be close to her. Like wanting to get a nap in that sunspot.]

I should've noticed when I saw another puca like me. He had bright gold eyes too. I just didn't put two and two together at the time.

[He fusses with his ears.]

Hey, it's not your fault, and I absolutely understand why it's getting to you. And if people are asking why, just tell them suddenly getting gold eyes were a sign of a curse back home or something.

[Being possessed by Xehanort was definitely a curse. No question about it.]

I'll tell you as soon as I find anything useful. Until then...

[She tries her best to just think positive thoughts at him down the bond. If she can keep this up for a while maybe that'll soothe the worries away, at least for a while.]

A curse? Yeah, that's a good way of explaining it. I'll try that.

[Because it's a little hard to explain to people what being a Nort is. What that man did to people, what he did to Sora and his friends...! It might be easier to explain it like that.

He can still feel her stream of sunny warmth trickling between them. It makes his ears twitch.]

[Seriously, what else did you call someone who did the things Xehanort and his cronies did?]

You can stay with me whenever you like, Sora. I'm always happy to be with you.

[Honestly, if he just decided to move into her room- Well, they'd have to talk about that first, but she could probably be convinced.]

It's still so weird to look in the mirror and see my eyes like this. I don't think I'll ever get used to it. So I really hope we can manage to find something that works, you know?

[He doesn't want to look cursed forever...!]

And me too. But don't say that so easily you might not get rid of me then.

[She's COZY. Sora likes cozy sleeping.]

There's gotta be something. If there aren't any spells, we'll find some other way. Don't worry.

[She's not sure what they will do if illusion fails them, but at least they'll try!]

At this point, it's sometimes a chore not to stay glued to your hip after everything we've gone through. You don't have to worry about overfilling my Sora gauge.

[Not after it was left empty for four months, and on such a traumatizing note, too.]

[He nods. With something like this? He's more than willing to act as a guinea pig and let anyone experiment spell types on him. If it gets something to work.]

[Unfortunately there probably isn't anything magical they can do to actually fix him up. But at least they're trying.]
