[That’s it. One word. Dylas’ voice is low, like usual, but there’s something unsteady about it. Maybe it’s nerves from using the pocketwatch, a device he’s still not used to, or...well.]

I know people have been...changing. It’s, uh. Not great. But...do the changes hurt for anyone else? There’s this spot on... my friend’s arm that’s all grey, and it hasn’t stopped hurting ever since it showed up. Does anyone else have that?

[Hearing from Majima gives Dylas mixed feelings. He's happy to hear from the guy again, yeah, but the hot spring had sort of...he'd said so many things he wouldn't say to a person on a first chat. He's normally not that friendly, so it feels a little like a lie. It's a little frustrating.]

He, uh. Yeah, he says it hurts, especially when he tries to bandage it or anything. Weird, right? It's just...greyness.

Honestly, I ain't sure. I haven't been here all that long, but I have seen a couple magic-related problems, and there's always that Cwyld everyone's always frettin' over. Long story short, I think it's a case of better safe than sorry.

And hey, if your buddy's nervous? Maybe make sure he doesn't have to go alone. Even the toughest dude could use some moral support once in a while.
