Hi. I'm Elliot Craig. It's nice to meet you all, even if the circumstances aren't, well, great?

Anyway, I was wondering a couple things and this seemed like the place to ask.

1. Does anyone know where I can get my hands on a violin? If there's a store or a place I could barter for one, that'd be really great. I tried conjuring one, but all I got were recorders. Guess I need more practice.

2. On a related note, is there anywhere I can donate a bunch of recorders?

3. Is there anyone that recognizes the name "Erebonia"? Or "Zemuria"? If you don't, that's okay. I'm just wondering if there's anyone else from my world.

4. And finally, does anyone know how you go about finding someone to make a Bond with? For some reason the townspeople I ask keep acting like it's this really personal thing, but I don't really know anyone here and I definitely don't wanna explode. So what do I do?

Well then it's a little awkward they kept recommending bonds to us.

I'll sleep on the floor? I don't mind. Anything not to explode.

It is, but I suspect that things are seen differently here than they are where either of us are from. But you have the right idea, bonding is suggested because it is the easiest way to keep a witch's power from backfiring on them, or to keep a monster from going feral.

I imagine there are ways to work around it, especially since we aren't native to this world.

Or maybe you're reading a little too much into it?

I mean, I'm sure some bonds are between lovers...but it sounds like some are just close friends or family.

And for all we know, not being native to this world might make us more vulnerable to exploding or going feral...because we're not used to this. I'm not taking my chances.

It is possible, but that wouldn't explain the single bed. I stand by my assessment.

I suppose that is also possible. As far as witches are concerned, I believe using our magic regularly should be enough to avoid the worst effects. This has worked for me so far. I can't speak for any monsters, unfortunately.

"So far" being the key phrase. None of us have been here more than two months, so I'm still more prone to trust what the coven says about bonds being the best option.

Really, I think you might be blowing things a little out of proportion. It's just a safety measure, it's not an engagement.
