Hi. I'm Elliot Craig. It's nice to meet you all, even if the circumstances aren't, well, great?

Anyway, I was wondering a couple things and this seemed like the place to ask.

1. Does anyone know where I can get my hands on a violin? If there's a store or a place I could barter for one, that'd be really great. I tried conjuring one, but all I got were recorders. Guess I need more practice.

2. On a related note, is there anywhere I can donate a bunch of recorders?

3. Is there anyone that recognizes the name "Erebonia"? Or "Zemuria"? If you don't, that's okay. I'm just wondering if there's anyone else from my world.

4. And finally, does anyone know how you go about finding someone to make a Bond with? For some reason the townspeople I ask keep acting like it's this really personal thing, but I don't really know anyone here and I definitely don't wanna explode. So what do I do?

That was well said. You’re right, of course — nourishment isn’t just about getting the necessities to physically survive. Without something to nourish the soul or a purpose to move you, you can be as good as dead even when you’re physically fine.

Moving people’s hearts, that’s something I hope you can do.

Yeah, exactly! I probably went overboard there. I know a lot of military types, and sometimes you really have to hammer in why people need more than rations and a bedroll.

Haha, nah.
My dad's in the military, and I went to a military academy for a year before transferring to a music academy.

[Also fought in a civil war but....eh. who mentions stuff like details that]

Regarding Bonds and that sort of thing, it seems like you'll be fine as long as you're finding ways to burn off your excess magic -- so keep up the practice and it shouldn't be a problem. It's only really a requirement if you'd like to become a Wilder.

Yup, guess I am. Still getting used to that.

A Wilder? What's that?

The Wilders are bonded witches who venture into the Wilde with their partners to help the Coven understand more about the Cwyld -- the magical infection the Bright Wall was designed to keep out. They look for people to help out occasionally ... you have to Bond with someone temporarily first, though.

So guess that's another reason I need one.
