Marie-darling, what brilliance you've brought to the network! Really, you could make MONEY off of this venture. I can see it now: graphic T-shirts with continuous or matching phrases... Cheeky one-liners. Cutesy words of endearment. Sentiments displayed for all to see... to REALLY let the public know what a darling couple each Bonded pair makes!!

I haven't seen any such thing, here in Aefenglom. You could be the pioneer of this untapped market...

Would it do well? Do you have to ask? Naturally. Bonding is a part of life here. Anything that caters to the notion will be a hit! You have a whole audience of people wanting to appeal to their Bonded partners, darling.

Whether it's for romance, antagonism, or care... You could be providing that product the people crave to express their hearts. It's a perfect business pursuit! You yourself must be asking because you share the sentiment...

Antagonism within a Bond... I have not considered such options before! But you are correct, there are as many approaches to a Bond as there are people living in Aefenglom and if I am to offer a service for the Bonded, I should not limit it only to the kinds of Bonds I am personally familiar with.

Back to your question, I would love to set up a small shop where people could pick gifts for their Bonded, that is correct. I do not even have profit in mind. I just want all the Bonded to be happy with their partners

Ha-Ha. My own Bonded and I... Antagonism and spite may have been the foundation of our deep, everlasting relationship. I love to rile him up, where possible. If I wanted to get him to wear a matching shirt, for example... I'll have to pull ALL the stops. I'll have to bet my soul for it! Which, I'll do. I love to win.

You're sweet. But profit helps you do more for this prospective company, as you should be aware. The more money you make, the more you can expand!

Would you?? Yes... When I think on it, that would be a good challenge! A chance to develop the understanding of nuance between Bonded pairs, even when they exceed your consideration. There are all sorts out there, after all.

Wonderful! So, could you tell me more about what kind of person they are? How did your Bond come to be if the circumstances between you were so unpleasant at first?

My Bonded... I met him in a cell. When we were kidnapped by the Rathmore's, of course. Broken and chained, worse for wear. He's a pessimist to his core... And I, an optimist. He didn't believe me when I placed my faith in the rescue by the rest of the Mirrorbound. So I wagered a bet with him to keep him on his toes! If we were rescued, he'd get to Bond with me! What an honor...

Anyway. The outcome is obvious. We're still our opposites, and disagree frequently. But isn't such a dramatic contrast part of the allure...? An intensity to die for, and plenty of testy banter.

What he's like... Who DON'T you know, darling? Emet-Selch?
