The Network: May, An Inauspicious Arrival

The Watches Everyone who arrives in an unorthodox way and eventually shows up at the Coven for 'orientation', will receive a strange, watch-like device compliments of the Coven and Parliament. Miss Nessie or one of the welcome wagon crew will give characters a run-down of how to use the various functions and they are encouraged to test them out for themselves. It would be good for them to get in touch with their fellow Mirrorbound, of course! Fourth wall characters will not be able to make their own posts in the communities, so they may use this post to make "network posts" of their own by top-leveling. The log post is right over here.

but if there's a cafe with cake that means we're 1 out of 2, so that's not so bad! i can live without a mall, i don't think i could live without cake.

true that. it's been sooo long since i ate cake or anything sweet for the matter, thank god this place has cafes! i almost forgot how much i love cake before coming here.

yea totally. went on a diet for a couple of months before i came here.

that's right! maybe we should go get cake together sometime. between the two of us, i bet we can find the best bakery in the whole city.

ah- if you want to hang out, lets set up a schedule or something, so that i'll be awake for it. i've become a night owl since coming here, and there aren't a lot of places open when I'm usually awake.

no i don't think i can ever handle sucking people's blood.

animal's blood. there are stores here selling blood packs, so i don't have to suck from anyone or anything living.

oof...at least they've made it kind of convenient? or convenient as needing to drink blood could be...

what about all those other legends about vampires? are they true, too? are you allergic to garlic? do you have to wait outside the door until you're invited in?
