question. what's supposed to go into a bonding vow? how did your bonding ceremonies go? are you supposed to wear something nice? bring presents? would appreciate some advice.

You're supposed to say your vows and be done with it.

[ Buuuut then again, neither Steak nor his bonded are really fans of the Coven, and the less time they spend there, the better. ]

Does it matter? It's one ceremony. You should be more concerned with everything that comes after.

Because it's hard work. We are responsible for taking care of our bonded. One ceremony doesn't solve any problems you may have.

[ Well, it's difficult when your bonded is turning into his absolute worst nightmare but we won't go there. ]

did you inherit a whole bunch of baggage you weren't expecting?

I expected it, however it was still a difficult adjustment.

[ He wasn't at all prepared for the sheer complication that bonding with Red Wine would bring. It seemed as though it would be little different to their bond on Tierra, but he was proven very wrong about that. ]

[ And then there's the whole turning into monsters thing, the fact that it seemed specifically designed to make them feel and do things they would have gladly ignored and not realised back on Tierra. ]
