Has anyone here had something inside them change because of a Bond?

Oh it wasn't necessarily change I sought. It is a result of what I wanted to achieve.

That didn't make sense.

The bond gave me something I didn't have before. This missing something would, inevitably, fundamentally change me. So it wasn't that I was looking to do it, necessarily, but more like it's a consequence.
