[The video starts off with Saori alone in the pristine kitchen space of her prized eatery. It's no where near opening time, but she decided to go to the one place where she could clear her head. While she tries to put on her usual happier face, there's a tinge of sadness in her voice.]

Hello, everyone. I'm afraid I have some bad news. Sylvia has returned home.

I know she will be missed by so many here. She was one of the first people I met since arriving here and was such a joy to be around as a housemate. I glad I could meet her and can only pray she's safe wherever she is. Akechi, as her bond partner, you will be always welcome at our house if you ever need anything.

[She takes a deep breath.]

I also hope you will forgive me for closing Fushimi for the night on such sudden notice. I...just need some time.

It's just Bailey and me left at the house. I can't imagine how rough it is for them since Bailey's from the same world as her.

Yeah. Not going to lie, but month has been terrible as it is. Probably doesn't help that Bishop has made himself scarce and won't answer my attempts to contact him. I know he's been sneaking into the izakaya and helps with the daily preparations, but still.

do you want to come over? i've got a variety of animals that will sit with you. it's what i do when i want to be alone but not be alone.

I mean I'd like to get back home too but I just don't like how sudden it was. I don't think anything too bad is back home but I can't help but wonder what sort of whiplash she'll get when she's back home and not just from the monster changes.

[What's probably not helping is the fact her bond partner has decided to go off alone in an attempt to solve his problems. Spoiler alert: it's not doing so well. ]

Or maybe it's me being a mom out of habit again to worry for her. Sylvia is such a sweet girl but I was always worrying she was overworking herself to make it like things were okay.

That is true. I just hope she's okay. I mean it's one thing to transform into a monster but to suddenly wake up back home and back to 'normal'? I can't imagine how jarring that would be.

Actually Sylvia, Bailey and I came here at the same time. Next month would it make it one whole year...

Oh gods, has it already been...but uh, yeah, I only opened it a few months ago but I couldn't have done it without my bond partner. Chimeras like me aren't exactly held in high regard by the locals so he helped vouch for me.
