[Another one of those posts, though they don't normally come from someone who looks just like a cat. Mogget has done this before, though little came of it the last time and the person who had been temporarily bonding with him is no longer around.

Mogget shifts in place, his small paws planted together as he sits in front of the camera.]

I'm a witch. Familiars have suited me until now but I would prefer not to risk my magic becoming unstable.

[Look. He knows the stereotype. It isn't one where he comes from but he's been here long enough to be mistaken for a familiar multiple times. Mogget is, unfortunately, kind of a jerk.]

[Okay, so that's not... entirely accurate, but neither is calling Mogget a cat of any kind. He certainly enjoys all the comforts of being a housecat, with the sapience to be a complete jerk about the whole lot of it.]
