[It’s been kind of a long time since Sora has used the network to make a post. A really long time! But today is a special day and that’s a better time than ever to do it.]

Hey everyone! I’m Sora! I hope you’re enjoying the new Spring air right now! And Spring means that it’s my bondmate's eighteenth birthday! Happy Birthday to Vanitas!

[His long rabbit ears twitch.]

Actually- It’s my birthday too. We’re both eighteen today! I think in some places eighteen is a big milestone birthday, right? Are there any other birthday traditions you guys have in your worlds? I’d love to hear about them!

Vanitas hasn’t gotten to have a lot of real birthdays of his own before so make sure to send him a ton of birthday wishes for the birthday boy! This might be his second one ever? Huh, now I don’t know if I should give him a two-year birthday card or an eighteen-year birthday card. Either way, he's getting a birthday hat on his head.

With how great he is, he deserves eighteen years' worth of birthday wishes today. And a ton more after that. I hope you can help me out!

You didn't have anything like birthday parties or cake? Gifts?

Nope. Sometimes my Gramps would make a special pot of Powerhog Pork Stew for dinner, but otherwise, the day was like any other.

[Considering his circumstances, it makes sense why his grandfather wouldn't have celebrated his birthday...]

I didn't know people even really did stuff like that!

Hey, a big special dinner is a good thing!! I like the idea of that!

[But he wonders if Kor needs a nice big birthday party someday too? Oh no.]

Birthdays are a great way to celebrate! Everyone deserves something nice!

So... What do people usually do for birthdays, then?

[He's asking this both for his own reference to do something nice for Sora and Vanitas, and also so he knows for his own birthday in the future.]

Usually people throw a big party! With games, cake, opening gifts and that sort of thing! And just a lot of making the person who's birthday it is feel really special! Everyone deserves to have a day that's all about them!

[And so does Kor!]

So that means when your birthday rolls around we should do the same stuff!

Huh? N-no, you don't need to do anything like that for me. Like I said, my birthday isn't all that special, so don't worry about it! Your birthday's way more important anyway, 'cause it's two people's birthdays!

Say, what about Roxas, is it his birthday too? You know, on account of him being your Nobody and all.

[Look at him starting to understand this Nobody bullshit.]

Yeah, we should do something like that for you! Party! Gifts! Games! Let's start a new tradition for you, Kor!!

[He snickers happily.]

And yup, Roxas has a birthday too! [The day Sora stabbed himself...??] Maybe we could have a big party for both of you guys to catch up?

Anyway. When's Roxas' day, then?

You know, we're not super sure when the exact day is. But it's sometime in summer and I'm telling him he's gotta pick a day and make it his. Good idea, right?

Great. Once he picks a day, we'll definitely have to put together something special for him for sure. He deserves it!
