[ The camera view is a bit shaky, but the picture is clear enough to show... a bear.
Yes, a bear. A large, brown bear that seems to be happily asnooze upon what can only be the owner of watch's lower legs. It may be a bit difficult to tell in that usual, sepia tone the watch videos and images have, but there are definitely crumbs around the bear's snout and traces of what astute observers and/or bear aficionados may deduce could be honey.
Beyond the bear is a sliver of sunlight in a faint rectangle above: a doorway, almost entirely blocked by the mass of the napping bear's body.
A voice some might recognize as Waver's floats in from somewhere. ]
Hello. I once talked to someone on here who said they have a bear.
I'm going to need some bear advice. Urgently.

Mirrorbound or native?
no subject
can you assist me or not? Do you know anyone like that? please respond only with useful suggestions
no subject
[Because as far as he knew, there was only one Mirrorbound with a pet bear and that was Lady Vex'ahlia.]
If it's hers, if it belongs to a Mirrorbound--they'll probably respond to this. And it's less likely to eat you, as you noticed. Lucky you.
I can help you remove the bear. Or I can find the lady. Your choice.

[But hey, your choice, kid. Just don't whine to Iskandar if it turns out to be the wrong one. Rude doesn't want to hear about it later.]

If you know how to find her, please do that, thanks.

Where are you?
text.
At the Bee's Knees Bakery in the south shopping district. The owner's not too pleased other customers can't get in so if you're coming this way, I advise you plan on buying a few honey cakes to appease her
no subject
Can't get in... no shit
Might as well tell me who had thought bringing a bear near the backery is a good idea. There are words to be had—
Hang on in there

Are you... are you UNDER the bear? Waver! How on earth did you manage this? Is this a Monster or a real bear???
text.
I'm pretty sure it's a real bear
it fell asleep on me after stealing my honey cakes
Don't laugh, please.
Re: text.
I guess it's just a good thing you had honey cakes if it was hungry??
[ Much better than you being dinner at least... ]
Is it... deeply asleep? Could you wiggle backwards enough to get free, maybe?
no subject
Believe it or not, this is a honey shop. I was getting something for Iskandar. It turns out that bears do, in fact, also like honey. now I'm trapped in the shop along with the owner lady, whom I had to convince not to use a broom on the bear.
which, yes, appears to be deeply asleep but at least not violent. I'm still not keen on waking it though.
If it wakes up, I think it would be best to lure it away with more treats, but I'll need someone on the other side of the door to convince it not to raid the rest of the shop, or Mrs Beasley may not let me shop here again.

Where is your honey shop? I can come help if you need another set of hands? I can probably help keep the bear calm, as well. I know a spell that works on other people... it may work on him as well.
Although I haven't exactly had a reason to test that out on a bear just yet...
no subject
[ This is so... embarrassing........ it's not his fault he was in the wrong place at the right bear time.
Waver will text her the address of the shop as given by the annoyed owner trying to figure out how to get the bear out of the way without upsetting it, just in case. It might be friendly, but it might also be cranky if woken up, and neither of them wants to hurt it either. Yona's idea is probably the best one so far. ]

Waver...?

From beneath its lightly snoring bulk comes Waver's dispirited voice. ]
Down here...

She peers at the bear. And then tries to find her friend caught under it somewhere, but really, all she can see is a giant furry backside. ]
Are you okay down there?
[ ....which might be a silly question, she realizes a moment after she voices it. He was stuck under a bear, after all... ]
no subject
Surprisingly, better than one might expect. As in, at least I'm still in one piece.
Thanks for coming out.
Can you try to wake it up... gently? Someone else apparently knows the owner. I'm sure it'll be sorted soon enough.

Do we have any more honey on hand? Just in case we need to bribe him outside and out of the veritable hoard he has in there? Can someone pass it out to me?
text; un: bearoness
There may be some slightly incredulous squinting at the oddly angled images, before Vex taps out a message. ]
That looks comfortable. For him.
You, not so much, I'm guessing?

So they just fell asleep, did they? I saw crumbs, were they fed something?
[ Maybe if Waver gets an image from another angle, she could..]

your user name looks familiar
ar eyou the bear lady ?
[ Please help him the angle is making it difficult to type, and he hates looking like some idiot who doesn't know how to punctuate sentences, okay? ]

How did it end up in your home?

I assume it smelled honey and wanted some? Frankly I'm not an expert at bears.

A friend of mine is on her way to help, but thanks for the offer. Only if it was out of kindness. If it was out of a desire to find me and laugh at me, the thanks is limited.
[ ...difficult tell if he's joking, via text. He's just grumpy about being sat on by a bear, don't mind him. ]
no subject
Of course. I wouldn't laugh. Unless you had deliberately instigated it and karma was coming back to get you. Which it doesn't sound like that was the case.
[He's kind of joking about that as well... but he'd be more likely to show more amusement if it hadn't been a chance happening of ending up under a bear]

Why? Any idea how to lure the beast away?
