I doubt anything here is supposed to help. If you think about it the whole thing is most likely going to be terrible; I mean they've inflicted this, why would they make it easy?

I think it is entirely possible that things add up just a little too neatly here. When I arrived it seemed as if there were some in charge who were already expecting us.

For the most part things do seem as they are, but there are those who throw an odd glance now and again in our direction. It does make one wonder...

Any strange happenings on your side?

[ Han would have offered his strange powers the moment he had a chance to, if he could have. Magic strikes him as a volatile and imprecise thing that he’d just rather not have to worry about. Along with a risk of blowing up if he didn’t start taking his ‘gift’ seriously. ]

Probably nothing that everyone else hasn’t already noticed themselves.

I think the food and drink can have strange effects on people sometimes. Shared dreams seem to happen way more often than I’ve ever heard about at home, too.

[ Ardyn has had his powers for a very long time, the feeling of having nothing is akin to losing a limb. It's not just that sense of loss though, it's the idea that someone out there actually did it! ]

I wasn't aware that consumables could have an issue here, though shared dreams do seem to be a thing. I do wonder what can be so powerful that can drag people here and render them powerless can't seem to send them back.
