Hello everyone!

As many people have noticed, there isn't anything in the way of rock music in this world. So my friend Crow and I have been working on synthesizing the sound of rock music instruments using audio illusions using classical instruments and memory. And I'm happy to say, I think we've pulled off!

So I'm here to present the first rock style song in Aefenglom: Unfathomed Force!

Unfortunately, the process of creating a new song with audio illusions takes a long time, not everyone can learn how to do it, and honestly the quality will never be as good as having it played from a real band.

So I was wondering if there was any people out there interested in reverse engineering instruments that make rock music sound. I can help with giving isolated instrument sounds and tell you everything I know about specs, but I'll admit I'm not exactly an instrument maker. So I can't say it'll be easy. But...seeing how many worlds rock music has reached, I think it'd be a really worthwhile project.

Mostly what I need help with is finding a physical way to produce the sounds of rock music. I mean I'm fine with enchanting stuff to make it happen, but I want to make it so anyone can play rock music if they want. Not just witches.

It's not necessary. Your money should be spent for someone who really needs it. [ Bleeding!!! Heart!!! ]

The more direct solution would be creating electric guitars, but with how energy seems to work here it'd be a pretty hard route to take. If an instrument could be enchanted permanently with the function of producing music even for those who can't cast magic, maybe...

Yeah, I haven't found a great replacement to orbal energy yet, so it might be hard to create an exact replicate. So maybe if we fine tune enchantments to alter sounds to make it sound more like rock instruments?

I get enough from my job. [ ... Likely. He's just now started working under Everett, so paycheck's a while away. ]

We can go down that route and see if it works. Even just plain guitars can produce rock-based sounds if we succeeded, which would spare us a lot of effort building instruments.

Yeah, if we could get that to work, it'd be ideal. Guess we won't know until we try!

At DiplomaTea - it's a tea shop managed by one of my friends, and I work there often full time.

Yeah, exactly. When I start having my days off, I'll come see you so we can start some practicing.
