like a specific kind of noodles that are made a lil differently
and then you eat it with a red sauce that's made out of tomatoes
and meatballs if you're lucky
which are literally just balls of meat

Use chives. Onions, that kind of thing. Perhaps they aren't garlic, but you need to adjust your tastes to avoid massive discomfort and sickness. You can manage that.
