[The voice that echoes through the device is sweet and feminine. The topic of her call is the fresh start that has been forced onto her. It should be a good thing, she has a chance to live a new life here, but Justine still isn't sure how she feels about this world, the parliament or the Coven.]

Hello. I have met some of you but I know that there are many of you who I have yet to come across. My name is Justine. I am not a fighter, like most of the people brought here, but I hope to sell the skills I do have. I was a caretaker in my previous life. I can cook, clean and fix minor tears in fabric.

I can also crotchet and I'd be happy to take commissions to those who wish to get a head start on winter. [Ignore the fact that it's spring.]

I've done things I'm not proud of too, Justine.

[He smiles sadly.]

I led humans to the only safe refuge the androids had, and many were slaughtered. And after that, I killed humans in order to help the androids.

[He knows he was still only a machine when he was helping the humans, but he still regrets what he did.]

Does that make you feel differently about me?

[Justine meets his gaze and smiles.]

No. It doesn't change anything. I still very much like you Connor. [Even if she knows its a bad idea.] But that's different. Those situations, I don't believe that you were the same person there that you are here.

I am. I can hurt you and I won't be able to stop myself. It isn't the past I'm worried about but the future.

[Her free hand cups his cheek, her thumb brushing against his lips.] You have a good soul Connor and a good heart. I don't.

You're not going to scare me away.

[He draws her closer, tipping his forehead against hers.]

I wouldn't abandon you like that.

[He's not easy to get rid of once he's decided he likes someone.]

[She closes her eyes and relaxes at the pressure of his forehead resting against hers. He feels so... good. She'll go to hell for this but she doesn't want to distance herself form him. He's been only wonderful to her and her heart aches for that kind of unhindered affection.]

Don't say that Connor.

[Justine whispers as she lightly brushes her lips against his.]

I don't think I can stop myself if you say things like that.

[Her arms wrap around his waste as she pulls herself against him. Her lips meet his in a warm affectionate kiss. It's greedy but soft and heartfelt. It isn't just a kiss and it isn't just lust or desire but something far more profound.]

[Connor closes his eyes as she moves in to kiss him, feeling his heart race the way it did when she first kissed him. He holds her close, wanting to convince her with more than just words that he's here to stay. Even if she hurts him, does it matter when this feels so good?

His hand rests at the back of her head, and he lightly tangles his hand in her hair. When he breaks the kiss he smiles slightly, though still somewhat sadly. He's still not happy that she's trying to push him away, after all.]

I mean it. I'm not going anywhere.

[She's breathless and flushed when their kiss breaks, her gaze hazed with a trembling need she hadn't felt since her arrival to this world. Everything that she is wants him: her heart, her soul and her mind.]

I believe you.

[Justine tugs at his shirt, unfastening it quickly and pushing it over his shoulders. She kisses him again, harder this time as the aching need inside of her yearns to be filled.] Damn it Connor. [She whispers as she places a palm on his chest.] I don't want to go anywhere either.

[She tugs off her shirt, exposing her breasts but leaves the corset around her abdomen on. Justine takes his hand and places it over her heart as she presses another light kiss to his lips.] Do you feel that? [Her heart beat is racing.] It beats for you.

[Connor is surprised but lets her take off his shirt, dropping it off to the side and feeling her heart beating under his palm. He can see it when he scans her too, the way it races. He takes her hand and does the same, placing it over his own "heart". It beats just like a regular human heart does anyway, and it's beating fast under Justine's kisses.]

I want you to remember this when you're trying to scare me away.

[He links their fingers together, kissing her again.]

[Justine inhales a sharp breath just before his mouth meets hers. Her head is spinning with the lack of oxygen but she doesn't mind. It only heightens the sense of him as she presses her body against his. She needs him, to feel him and lose herself in the high of the moment.]

Connor. [She gasps as their kiss breaks.] I need you. I need to feel you inside of me. Is that okay? No one can see us here. [The words are spoken quick and breathless, barely audible over the crashes of the ocean while the hard peaks of her breasts pressed against his chest. No one would see them and no one would hear their moans.]

I never want to push you away and right now I need to be as close as we possibly can.

[He bites his lip, both because Justine is really distracting right now but also because he has to consider where they are. No people are around... that was the whole point of coming here, to be alone. Maybe not for this reason, but... it works.]

[He rests his hands on her hips, pressing a soft kiss to her neck.]
