Any Witches still awake that knows healing? I uh... got a problem. Mine isn't really that strong yet and um... [God, he didn't really want to say this because Yu can hear him and his partner was already feeling so bad.] Look, my arm got kinda mauled by accident and I'd rather not go to the hospital so...
I mean, I'll go if no one's awake, I can't really wait too long but, y'know.

[At least though hearing he's okay...that's a relief!]
I'm glad you're well again. I had an awful nasty bite to my arm not long ago...so I understand how terrible it can be!

[He just feels really bad about the whole situation. It was a complete accident in every sense of the word but now Yu was gone and Yosuke was by himself.]
I just... feel bad about this whole thing. I can deal with wounds, it’s not my first rodeo.
no subject
[Being mauled by a monster, especially a monster you realize later is someone you know is fond of you, well, sucks.]
Why do you feel bad?

[The only reason he hasn’t gone after him yet was because he still needed to rest but also because they both needed time to calm down and breathe. It was killing him though, he was never good with his anxiety and he was trying really hard not to let his brain go into overdrive.
But the others said the same thing, to give Yu some time. So, he was trying.]

...I'm sure he'll come around, Yosuke. In the meantime though, are you holding up well enough? [Pause.] Have you eaten?
no subject
[Which isn’t made any better by the fact that uh...]
...no, I haven’t. Kinda been the last thing in my mind.

[Is Tataru fussing? Yes, yes she is.]
I'll bring you something.
[It's not a suggestion.]
no subject
[Not that he was much of a cook himself. Yu was the one who did that.]

I’ll uh... leave the door open. I need to finish cleaning up so just let yourself in.
Uh. Thanks.

[And twenty minutes later she's pushing open the door to Yosuke's abode, a hempen tote bag strung over her shoulder, stuffed with...something. Multiple somethings. Hm.]
Hullo! Yosuke!
[Don't mind her as she heads toward the kitchen, clearly unafraid of making herself at home. Boy needs to eat, okay.]

He was trying to get the bandage tied off but the angle was awkward when she walked in.]
H-Hey Tataru, sorry, gimme a minute.
[His cheek had been easier so he was glad that was out of the way. This was harder with only one arm though.]
no subject
[It only takes a glance to realize what he's fiddling with, struggling with tying off the bandage on his arm. Well, that won't do, will it? Slinging off the bag she'd brought she sets it down before hurrying over to where he is, beckoning him to lean toward her so she can get at his arm.]
Here, here! Let me do it. I'll have it knotted for you.
no subject
Thanks, sorry for making you do all this. I swear I'm pretty self-sufficient otherwise.
[Except the cooking part.]
no subject
Oh it's nothing, really. Don't worry! Besides, everyone needs a bit of help sometimes, right?
[She sure does, despite how independent she is.]
no subject
Yeah, you're right. Just wish partner would realize that sooner, you know.
[He slouched on the stool, holding his hands together between his knees as he looked down. It had barely been a day and it was already hard without him. It wasn't the same as when Yu moved away, they'd prepared for it and it wasn't like Yosuke could feel his emotions then.]

[Her voice is soft and sweet, kept low in an attempt to be a comfort. He looks so down...it's sad to see, really. She can't help but reach out and pat him reassuringly on the knee.]
He'll come around, Yosuke.
