Hi everyone! I'm Elliot, it's nice to meet you all even if this isn't where you wanna be right now. Sorry about that. I teach music and I'm a healer with Coven infirmary training. So if you need either of those things, just lemme know!
Anyway, um, I had a question. What's music like where you're from? Or what kind of music do you like? There's so many people from different places, I feel like I'm always finding out something new and I'd like to learn as much as I can.
Oh- I'll start. I'm from Erebonia and we have a lot of classical music - stuff with lutes, violins, piano, etc. Operas are pretty popular too, though in the last few years Northern rock - or I guess just rock, has been spreading! Oh, and radio's really big. I still miss listening to my favorite radio show honestly...
S-Sorry, didn't mean to ramble. What about you guys?

Rock is more... hard rock? Lots of heavy guitars, drums and base. I think pop has more emphasis on the melody and vocalists.

[That makes sense!]
That's really interesting. I'd love to hear good examples of differences between the two. Too bad music players from other worlds are in short supply.
[He could ask Yosuke if he had stuff in his mp3 player, but maybe don't bother the guy who just got mauled]

It's possible somebody from Japan has samples...
[Unfortunately Juza didn't even get to come here with his phone. The best he could do is hum something and that's not getting the full experience.]

Like the most famous one where I'm from is Vita Clotilde. They called her the Azure Diva and when she'd perform? You'd have to buy a ticket a good year in advance if you wanted a spot!
Is that how it is with idols?

Though I can't say I'm big into the merchandise aspect. I'd rather focus on the music.

We're trying to figure out how to bring electric instruments here so rock can exist here. But it's been going slow, I'm afraid.

It's more...we have a lot of musician mirrorbound, but no instrument makers. None of us have blueprints for making electric guitars or electric keyboards. So the best we can do is tell native instrument makers what we remember about those instruments and hope they can figure the rest out.
It's like trying to instruct someone whose never seen a car how to build one when all you've done is drive one.
