Hey. Name's Juza Hyodo. Thanks to the guys in the council that managed to get theater unbanned, I 'preciate that a lot. I was an actor back home 'nd now I can do that here too. [Without committing theater crimes.]

This is a general ask for help. We need a script writer 'nd somebody who can create costumes. 'm okay with a needle 'n thread. Can't help much with writin'.

Yes, that's right. I don't know what their rules are for viewing/checking out material, but I can't imagine they'd keep people out from just looking out.

The stoic type, huh. Yeah, I can picture that better than you as the comic relief.

I don't know a lot about universities, but I'll look into it.

Comedy's real hard. My cousin does more of it.

They're just schools. But since they're not babysitting a bunch of children, there are (usually) much fewer rules about who can and can't be on campus.

Your cousin, huh. Does your family have an interest in acting, or is it a shared hobby between the two of you?

It's just shared between the two of us. Ain't like my little brother's an actor.

Who knows. Maybe he has a secret talent. When he discovers it, the three of you can put on a comedy/drama/misc. genre play. It'll be the next big hit in the world of theater.

He'd... probably have a hard time doin' theater. Besides, he's real into baseball.

Is it a talent sort of thing, or disposition? "Have a hard time" doesn't seem like a lack of interest.

... Guess I'd say it's disposition. Ain't like I had talent startin' out. It was a lot of hardwork to get to a beginner's level.

That's an interesting way to phrase it. That you didn't have talent to "start out". Usually most people would describe talent as an innate quality vs. something that can be developed.

Sorry, that was a tangent. Back to your brother. Does he attend your shows?

Way I look at is... talent's where you start out. Hard work'll get you where you want to go. I sucked when I started. [And he was surrounded by people with a much better base level.] After enough work you can't tell the difference between work and talent.

Yeah. When he doesn't have practice, he watches with our parents.
