anyone know how turning into a monster will affect body modifications? or how the modifications might affect turning into a monster?

Most things are dangerous. You just have to use them correctly.

Lasers would turn people to ash, if you hit just right. Plasma did the puddles of goo. Probably more instant and less painful than a regular bullet.

Well, you can't really hit a non-vital spot with plasma so...

I should have you take a look at my Pip-Boy sometime. There's a few functions that stopped working when I got here, and while I can hack into things... that doesn't seem to be the problem.
