anyone know how turning into a monster will affect body modifications? or how the modifications might affect turning into a monster?

I would say that it depends on the modification and the flavour of monster.

I've seen magic healing push old injuries out of the body, like a splinter working its way out.

I knew a man once, lost a leg and had it regrown through god's magic.

He was laid up for a good long while and it pushed out the pins he'd had in the stump. Best we could do for him was to keep him drugged during the worst.

i have a metal skeleton + cybernetics. all internal.

it ultimately means i take less damage from things that would break the hell out of a regular person. but with the changes... i don't know.

...that would be kind of cool. though i don't have metal on my fingernails.

but maybe if it just changes your fingernails you won't have to worry about your skeleton or anything after all
