Omi-kun, Juza-kun, are you still here? Well, if you are, would it be alright if I stayed with you?

Hello, everyone. I'm Izumi Tachibana, and I just arrived here. [ Hm. Kind of standard, but it sets the scene well enough, doesn't it? ] I'd like to speak to any other witches in the city about, um... [ She can't quite believe she's saying this in any context that doesn't involve a play; ] — magic.
[ She still has some questions about this whole thing. Lots of questions, but the crowd was huge. ]
Thank you to anyone who can help me!

AAAAAA
[He's so delighted he's even giving her a cheeky wink.]
We'll have curry tonight in your honor, for sure. I tried out that recipe we were theorizing about and it actually worked.

It did? [ Oooh, she really hopes the rumble of her stomach can't be heard over this connection. ] That's great. I knew you'd be able to do it. [ Let's be real, the list of things Omi can't do is a very, very short one. ] Could you give me directions to your place?
[ She's, uh, definitely forgotten how to get there. ]
no subject
I could come get you, if you want? I was about to head out on my morning jog.
no subject
That would be great, Omi-kun.
[ She could certainly make it there thanks to the directions, but it's going to be much easier to have a resident of the house to bring her with them, right? ]

[His smile is as audible as his relief.]
Welcome back, Director. I'll see you soon.

[ Oh, you can hear that smile. ] Are you still doing well, Juza-kun?

[Seems generally pretty new, but it's not like they have magic back home.

I don't think I've had this much to learn since my entrance examinations.
[ Man that's going back a ways. She is definitely feeling those whole 24 years of existence. ]

That a good or a bad thing?

[ OH-KAY. THAT'S A THING SHE DIDN'T EVEN CONSIDER BEFORE THIS PERSON POINTED IT OUT. ]
... Well, I guess it would be the magic here, mostly. But it would be interesting to learn about other kinds of magic, too.
[ Maybe some of it could be good inspiration for a future play! ]

Sorry, I won't be of much help.

[ She doesn't have the slightest clue as to how magic behaves, maybe that's completely normal, or for a good reason. ]
So, are you also a witch?
[ Maybe? Maybe that has something to do with it. She's just spitballing here, trying to find out whatever she can. ]

Shhh it's all to give her player a buffer of thinking time.]( He's right... But there's still so much I don't know. )
W-well. I have a lot of questions.
[ It seemed more polite than bombarding the network with everything that came to her head. ]
Do you go to your classes? What are they like?
[ Yes, those do sound more like the questions of a minder of 20 boisterous children, why do you ask? ]
no subject
I have attended classes. It would be foolish to try to practice magic without first learning the source and how to properly utilize it, don't you think?
[ As if it is obvious! ]
Now I imagine the classroom structure is no different than what you'd expect. There is a teacher, a lecture, book work, and practical work.
no subject
[ But she's glad to hear that classes seem pretty... formulaic among worlds, even if the actual content is so wildly different. ]
What kind of magic do you like best?

Well, do people learn all those areas of magic?
[ Despite the mild embarrassment in her laugh, her question comes through much more clearly and with more assurance. It's good to ask questions, after all. And good to learn from the other Mirrorbound here, too.
Like when you're going for a job — you want to know what the people at the company say about it, not the bosses, right? ]

[ it's lucky he's such an honest soul, then.
or rather a man with no filter, as his immediate inclination to tease the poor girl might indicate. ]
Nope! Witches tend to specialize in several different subjects, but mastery in all of them is certainly only accomplished by magical prodigies.
I specialize in enchantment and illusion magic, myself.

What do you wish to speak about magic? If it's questions you have, I'll try my best to answer.
no subject
[ Whatever the case!!! ]
I do. Have you been a Witch for a while?
[ Honestly this is still. A lot. ]
no subject
[He's still trying to adjust to. Everything. So he can sympathize being overwhelmed by this.]
no subject
Have you learned a lot since you arrived?
[ The talk did say it would take a while but she thinks it's important to know what the people learning have experienced too. ]
