As a Witch, I find myself requiring a 'Bond'.
[Mogget has no desire to experiment with pushing the boundaries of his ability to contain magic in this place, and feels it would be far more sensible to secure an immediate outlet. Working these communication devices with paws is an effort in itself, but he's managed to set it mostly upright and facing him.

Heating charms sound a fine idea. There are some useful things here.

Interesting, though I would say not arresting people who have no choice in arriving here is a minimal requirement for civility.

[Mogget is thinking much along the same lines as Mikasa. If they're simply 'nobodies', their arrival uprooting the native rich of this place makes no sense. For it to make sense, then...]
