[There's no doubt in Papyrus' mind that this is an investigation; that's an incontrovertible investigative outfit. Which doesn't say anything about its effectiveness, but Mary putting himself in the right mindset is a good start.]

I... have absolutely no idea for the former. This is the first time I've seen a moon, much less two of them...

[They don't look exactly the same as the ones he's used to from human media, either. Different patterns of craters on the surface, for one. But they're close enough to be recognizable.]

But, I can answer the latter. I was running a simple errand, picking up some things, before the mirror snatched me away.

I was stranded in Merrow form in the middle of the streets last full moon. I didn't realise it would cause me to grow a fish tail. I plan to be more careful this time around.

Before I came through the mirror I was checking my reflection in the bathroom. That's when I was drawn to it.

I couldn't tell you what I was doing last full moon. There's not much reason to pay attention to moon phases back home.

As for what I was doing before I cam here, I was heading into the underground tunnels in my city to train.

My world has monsters- different from the ones here! Not people, just basically dangerous wild animals. You find them on highways and in the countryside.

Anyway, I'm a musician and I was planning to go on tour. And I didn't want to hire a bodyguard, so I was training to fight monsters in some abandoned tunnels in my city.
