These things are hard to use... can anyone see this?? is this in the right place

Anyway hi Im new and Im a monster mirrorbound! Im kind of learning about some stuff but i dunno how i feel about them. I'm also curious so I guess I have some questions too...

1) Has anyone here ever regretted making a bond? I heard that people can feel each others feelings and stuff... it sounds way more intimate than a normal relationship and it made me wonder if people sometimes make mistakes with choosing their bonds especially cuz its kind of a survival/health thing, right??

2) To othr monsters whove felt it before, what's being feral feel like?

3) again other monsters, what was your most painful physical change?

SHIT, how did he......... forget that Killua would probably totally see this!! this wasn't a post for EVERYONE WITH ACCESS TO THE NETWORK EXCEPT KILLUA ZOLDYCK

1. If you're concerned about being stuck with a Bond partner you're unhappy with, you may get your Bond annulled and find a new one. There are no negative physical effects. You will not be forced to stay Bonded to someone with whom you don't want to partner.

2. You lose control both physically and mentally: your changes overtake you, and you may do something you regret. There is significant risk of hurting somebody else or yourself depending on the level of ferality you experience. I certainly do not recommend it.

3. What kind of Monster are you? A full shift is particularly unpleasant, especially the first time, though the changes you must contend with will naturally be very different between species.

and 3!! um Im pretty sure im a faun. Unless dragons are sometimes hairy. and yeah that maeks sense, Ive thought about how different kinds probably suffer at different levels physically

Yes... to your first question, of course.

There were two- perhaps three, that I formed that should not have been. Two discarded, one removed on a departure- so it's all been cleared up quite tidily.

One yet remains to me, so it's not a hopeless endeavor to find someone to tolerate.

Getting a bond is difficult. I don't think anyone treats it lightly, but it's better than going feral and attacking someone.

To your first question - yes, I have regretted it, for want of a better word, but it's far preferable to the alternative. I object more strongly to the unavoidable necessity of it, but it is necessary.

To the second, it isn't a state I would recommend you allow yourself to get into. It can be a complete loss of control over every animalistic urge that your new form can impose upon you. Mistakes can be made that it's difficult to come back from.

And the final, I would venture that dying was the worst, but being unable to stop a full and sudden shift into an entirely different shape every full moon is a very close second.

Dying was part of your transformation...? Are you a vampire too? Someone else said something like that. I didnt know they change forms during a full moon too

When I was here in Maiuril, I went through some monster changes unusually quickly. Growing wings hurt the most. I'm not looking forward to going through it again.

I can attest to all three! How lucky for you...

1. I have never regretted making a Bond. However, I was choosy to begin with... and took care to pick only someone who met my criteria. Know what you want in a Bondmate, darling. It's a helpful tip, from me to you.

2. Going feral. I don't remember clearly. But you can largely avoid it by Bonding! Better start cracking, beautiful.

3. This answer won't be relevant to you, unless you're made of metal. I could scarcely feel pain before my transformation! And then I could. A lot. Considering... I'm a metal Puca. Ha-ha. (Note: Puca are weak to iron. It burns us.)

i dont think ive gone feral yet and i havent even touched the bond stuff but i can do the change one easy

definitely the first time i ever fully changed with the whole merrow stuff from the waist down after all the surprise wore off

Oh wow waist down changes!!! that sounds pretty awful, Im kind of worried about that myself :-( Im sure not all fauns have goat legs or whatever but it seems like a pretty defining characteristic to the species.....

I dont want goat legs, theyre so weak and tiny!!! If it happens my upper body is gonna be so much stronger and its gonna be STUPID
