Is anyone else kind of pissed about the fact that pizza doesn't really seem to be a thing that exists in this city? Not to be overly dramatic or anything, it's just that after that shared nightmare from last week, some greasy takeout would have really hit the spot for stress eating.

I'd consider taking a crack at making my own, but if at any point I ever knew the recipes for the dough and sauce and shit, pretty sure I forgot them whenever I got hit with the amnesia stick.

I guess I'm just used to Japanese dishes. But you're right that the food here is different. Making your own from scratch is an option at least, maybe if you can find the ingredients you need. Dough can't be that hard though? I mean, assuming they have the ingredients to make bread around here. Some tomatoes and cheese and whatever else you want on the pizza.

Pretty sure take out is not an option here, as convenient as it is back home.

Hah. It probably could be an option. It'd just take someone with enough grit and some entrepreneurial spirit.

It's....just a pizza. That's hardly difficult to make.

Sorry I wound up hiatusing not long after I posted this, like a dingus.

Pizza dough is basically just flour, yeast, sugar and salt and water. And oil, I guess. Not that complicated.

[Not that he might have memorized the exact amounts needed or whatever but still.]

I'm not about to give you the recipe exactly. I don't even remember the exact measurements of how much of everything, but it isn't that complicated. It's just dough and tomato paste and cheese, whatever toppings you want.

You know, that brings up another excellent question: Does anyone in this city sell mozzarella cheese?
