I was looking around town. What's with the theaters around here? I heard they got banned? Is that for real? I started acting back home and I'm not abandoning it just because I ended up in a magic world.

How'd they even get banned?

A play is a type of dramatic performance, but not all dramatic performances are plays. Plays are banned in Aefenglom, but not all dramatic performances are banned.

Does that make sense?

I am sorry, but I will not be able to help you answer such a question. I cannot imagine why such a recitation would be banned when the other dramatic performances as you described would be allowed. But thank you for answering my questions.
