so i'm coming to you, the masses or at least the blood-inclined masses to be like

I have met one other vampire since arriving here. She seemed to have no trouble sustaining herself with whatever blood she does or does not need.

Perhaps you could speak to her. Lady Edelgard von Hresvelg. She mentioned the option of buying animal blood from a butcher. Would that not do?

I do not know whether animal blood would be sufficient. You are only the second vampire I have ever met, spoken to, or even heard of. I am in much the same situation you described, figuring things out as I go along.

people suggested that like when i started feeling crappy when this all started
but i don't feel like the coven really does enough for monsters
so no, because i figured they were just gonna go vaguely tell me to find someone who sells it somewhere

But at the very least they might have a better list of trustworthy vendors that sell animal blood.

I wish I could offer some of mine, but I have a health condition that'd make it a bad idea.

I am afflicted in the same manner.
I primarily eat animal blood. Any kind of blood will do, so long as it isn't terribly old.
Local butcher's shops are willing to help if you're willing to pay.

Don't feel bad about something offered willingly. It's not a bother to donate some blood every so often to help keep you healthy. I'm used to it.

I don't mind being a meal but I have no idea if drinking chimera blood will have side effects. When I finish getting my business ready, I'll need to secure a supply of blood for customers. I'll be sure to save some for you if that helps.
