[Typing is terrible for someone not used to it (and someone not even that great at writing, at that): one attempt has been enough to convince Konoe never to try again if he can help it.
Video, however... is honestly creepy!? How do people get so small, and how can they be sure they'll get out of the watch again? He may be a cat, but he's not stupid!
So he tries for voice, even though he's not used to voice calls, either. He gets really close to the watch and pronounces everything a little slowly, overly clearly.]

[Dylas isn't mocking him. He's kind of happy to hear a familiar voice on this thing. He hasn't used this device much, however, so he thinks he's supposed to talk like Konoe is talking. It makes sense, right?]

Kind of amused, in that half-"I don't know what I expected" and half-"pff, what a concept" sort of way that adds up to... basically "well, I'll be...!"]

[Honestly, it's a little startling to hear a voice coming out of the device, though not unheard of. Her scholarly expertise comes more from a biological standpoint, but she's heard of telegraphs and the early idea of a telephone.

I've never been cursed. There was danger and monsters near me though... or very recently at least. When I arrived I wasn't in any present danger.
